Lotsa Hammer Rash .Seems the only way to remove is to grind head off and beat and beat
with a good punch .Found HT 7/16 UNF bolts with a bit of a shank work briiliantly ,they go in nice and tight .10mm bolts too loose .and going to always be coming loose .

I do the following:

- Grind heads.
- Centre punch.
- Drill 8mm bit, but not all the way through.
- 4lb hammer and 6mm punch.

Good info on the bolts, thanks  :drinks:

Standard configuration .My Rear Bumper was bent outwards, from flimsy triangulation member .

Fabricating a new member out of 100x 50 channel 6mm thick.Original members only 3mm thick

These holes just weaken this .

looked on a 45 series ,they use the spare wheel mount as an added support. member .we dont have that luxury of space.

Front Shackle Bushes Welded Into Chassis .
Made up this round bar dolly to align bushes, used same dolly to align rear bushes
on rear of chassis whilst straightening rear rails .worked a treat ,rear were way out from chassis rails being pulled together from rear bumper being pulled outwards

Removed old cracked front crossmember and fitted good secondhand ,Used 7/16 UNF HT bolts with about 10mm of shank ,so goes in nice and tight .

Thanks Jonathan .Just did it on my Old Laptop . :-[
Not sure how much these chassis need to flex and if that stronger rear member going to inhibit  it flexing and cause other issues ,but cant believe that it flexes too much at the rear .
 Time will tell . :)
